DEL SALARIO DE INGRESO. De acuerdo con la escala de remuneración establecida por el presente Decreto, los salarios de ingreso para los distintos grados serán los siguientes: para el año de 1977 los correspondientes a la primera columna salarial, y para 1978 los correspondientes a la segunda columna salarial.
