De la protección de las zonas de seguridad por las autoridades . Las autoridades competentes, velarán por la conservación y uso adecuado de la zona de seguridad, no permitiéndose el establecimiento de edificaciones, instalaciones o actividades consideradas por las autoridades sanitarias como incompatibles o que constituyan riesgo para la comunidad.
