Las sumas de dinero de que tratan los artículos, 1°, 2°, 4° y 5° de esta Ley, serán incluidos en un cincuenta por ciento (50%) en la siguiente, pero de no hacerse así, queda autorizado el Gobierno Nacional para hacer los traslados o abrir los créditos que requiera el cumplimiento de esta disposición.
