Las disposiciones anteriores se aplicarán tanto a los animales de carne alimenticia como a los productos derivados de ella, cuando entren a establecimientos donde se mantenga servicio de inspección oficial. El exámen se efectuará antes de que tales animales y sus derivados sean admitidos en los departamentos de destazamiento y aliño para el expendio o la exportación. Igualmente serán aplicadas a los productos que después de haber salido de un establecimiento, vuelvan al mismo o vayan a otro similar.
