Artículo tercero. El Gobierno procederá, conforme a las disposiciones legales vigentes, a designar el personal que deba ocupar los cargos que se establecen por el presente Decreto; y los empleados que estando al servicio de la Presidencia fueren nombrados en dichos cargos no requerirán llenar otra formalidad para la posesión que la firma del acta respectiva y el pago del impuesto de timbre correspondiente a la diferencia de remuneración.
