º Los propietarios estarán obligados a conservar los puntos fijos, señales y demás referencias indispensables para las operaciones del Catastro, que estén localizadas, en sus fincas. Si así no lo hicieren incurrirán en las penas de que trata el artículo 26 del presente Decreto.
