º. La solicitud que reúna los requisitos señalados en el artículo anterior, se resolverá de plano, con una anticipación no menor a la de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas de aquella en que se pretende efectuar la reunión. La providencia que resuelva la solicitud podrá, por razones de orden público, señalar hora y sitios de reunión diferentes a los indicados por los interesados.
