También el sindicado al rendir su indagatoria, como los testigos al declarar, dictaran por si mismos sus declaraciones. Si advertidos de esta facultad no la ejercitaren, el funcionario redactara las declaraciones, procurando consignar las mismas palabras de que su autor se hubiere valido y sometiéndolas, parte por parte, a la aprobación de este o de su apoderado.
