Cuando el Estado no se conforme con la liquidacion i resuelva ocurrir al Poder Judicial, haciendo uso del derecho que le concede el artículo 13 de la lei, se esperará el resultado de la litis i se formará de nuevo la liquidacion conforme a la sentencia que dirima la cuestion, procediéndose en seguida como lo dispone el artículo anterior.
