° La suma que se reconozca á favor del Concesionario, conforme al artículo anterior, dará derecho en favor de quienes corresponda á una cuota parte en las utilidades de la Empresa durante el tiempo que falte para completar la duración del privilegio. Esta cuota parte se determinara a prorrata del costo de la obra concluida, cualquiera que sea el sistema que para ésto se adopte.
