El artículo 3°. de la Ley 3ª. de 1969, reformatorio del artículo 232 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, quedará así:
" Fecha de entrega . Los patronos obligados a suministrar permanentemente calzado y vestidos de labor a sus trabajadores harán entrega de dichos elementos en las siguientes fechas del calendario: 30 de abril, 31 de agosto y 20 de diciembre".
