El Superintendente de Notariado y Registro, con la colaboración del liquidador y de la junta liquidadora, presentará antes del 31 de octubre de 1997 a consideración del Gobierno Nacional por intermedio del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, el proyecto de reglamentación del fondo cuenta que trata el artículo 7 del Decreto 1668 de 1997.
