º. El Ministerio de Obras Públicas, en colaboración con el Ministerio de Educación, hará la remodelación del parque de la Gran Convención demoliendo toda obra nueva y restaurando a su arquitectura colonial el templo donde se reunió la Gran Convención y construcciones adjuntas, dándole una figuración esencialmente histórica. Se apropia para esta obra la cantidad de un millón de pesos ($ 1.000.000.00).
