Requisitos para la expedición de la licencia de Funcuionamiento

a)

Solicitud dirigida al Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, indicando dirección, sede principal. nombre de la escuela de capacitación, nombres y apellidos de los propietarios, del representante legal y del personal docente, con número de documento de identidad y Certificado Judicial de carácter nacional;

b)

Certificado vigente de existencia y representación legal;

c)

Licencia de la alcaldía y patente de sanidad.
