º Si el certificado catastral contiene los linderos del inmueble, los bienes objeto de transferencia, constitución o limitación del dominio se identificarán en la escritura en la forma señalada en aquél. En caso de que los linderos descritos en la escritura no coincidan con los del certificado catastral, el registrador de instrumentos públicos no la inscribirá.
