° Autorizáse al Gobierno para producir, bien sea administración o por contrato, la sal suficiente para abastecer a los Departamentos del Pacifico. EL Gobierno procurara producir sal compacta y darla al expendio en bloques de un kilogramo de peso. Los contratos que para el efecto de este Artículo celebre el Gobierno se regirán conforme a lo dispuesto en el Artículo anterior
