Los miembros de la Junta Consultiva y Junta Directiva de los Fondos Rotatorios, no podrán tener entre sí, ni con el Gerente General, parentesco dentro del cuarto grado civil de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad. Los parientes de los miembros de la Junta Consultiva y Junta Directiva o del Gerente General, dentro de los grados mencionados, no podrán ser designados para ejercer empleos o misiones remuneradas dentro de los Fondos Rotatorios.
