Artículo único. Las Juntas Municipales del impuesto sobre la renta, en las capitales de los Departamentos, las Intendencias y las Comisarías, se compondrán de tres vecinos de esas capitales, que serán nombrados por los Gobernadores, Intendentes o Comisarios respectivos. Queda en los términos de este Decreto reformado el aparte primero del artículo 14 del Decreto número 794 del presente año.
