DE LA GARANTIA DE IMPARCIALIDAD.A los funcionarios que adelanten investigaciones disciplinarias, practiquen pruebas o pronuncien decisiones definitivas en el proceso disciplinario, se aplicarán las causales de recusación previstas en el artículo 30 del Código Contencioso Administrativo. Para resolver el impedimento o la recusación se considera como superior inmediato del investigador la autoridad que lo haya designado para el efecto.
