Destinase la suma de veinte mil pesos ($20.000) para el cumplimiento de esta Ley, que será incluida en el Presupuesto de Gastos, quedando autorizado el Órgano Ejecutivo para hacer las apropiaciones o traslados necesarios si no se hiciere tal inclusión, para obtener la oportuna ejecución de lo ordenado.
