º FUNDAMENTOS LEGALES. El presente Decreto se fundamenta en las siguientes disposiciones

Decretos 848 y 1195 de 1990, que regulan la vigilancia privada.

Decreto 1663 del 6 de julio de 1979. Estatuto Nacional para el Control y Comercio de Armas, Municiones, Explosivos y sus Accesorios.

Decreto 2137 del 29 de julio de 1983. Estatuto orgánico de la Policía Nacional.
