º . Beneficios. Las Cooperativas y Precooperativas de Trabajo Asociado, así como sus asociados, una vez afiliados a las Cajas de Compensación Familiar, gozarán de todos los beneficios del Sistema de Subsidio Familiar, sin que estos puedan ser otorgados de manera parcial o discrecional, de conformidad con la legislación aplicable a los trabajadores dependientes.

Parágrafo

Las Cooperativas y Precooperativas de Trabajo Asociado, así como sus asociados podrán pertenecer a los Consejos Directivos de las Cajas de Compensación Familiar.
