Designación de delegados . Los Ministros y demás autoridades Nacionales que tengan facultades para designar delegados suyos, comunicaran a la Junta Directiva el nombre del Delegado, y podrán llevara las sesiones en que concurran a la persona que en forma permanente o temporal deba cumplir dicha delegación.
