º . Prórroga de la vigencia de los subsidios . Se amplía la vigencia de los subsidios asignados en virtud del Decreto 2420 de 2001 con recursos que hacen parte del presupuesto de la vigencia fiscal de 2002 y que a la fecha se encuentren vigentes, hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2002, de conformidad con las disposiciones del Estatuto Orgánico del Presupuesto.
