Artículo único. Auméntase a trescientos pesos mensuales la pension vitalicia que por el decreto de 21 de mayo de 1849 se concedió a las hijas del mártir de la Independencia Francisco José de Cáldas, Juliana, Ana María i Carlota.

Parágrafo

Esta pension se les pagará en dinero sonante i sin descuento alguno, desde la sancion de la presente lei; i por defuncion de cualquiera de las agraciadas, acrecerá a las que le sobrevivan.
