Los "Servicios Portuarios a la Nave", tendrán un recargo del 20% sobre las tarifas ordinarias del respectivo rubro, cuando la carga sea corrosiva, inflamable o peligrosa. Estos servicios tendrán un recargo del 40% cuando la carga sea explosiva. Estos recargos se cobrarán independientemente de los otros recargos establecidos en el presente Estatuto. Sección III. Indemnización en caso de daños.
