Comité de entidades sin ánimo de lucro. El Comité de Entidades sin Ánimo de Lucro estará integrado por el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público o su delegado, quien lo presidirá, el Director General de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) o su delegado, el Director de Gestión de Aduanas o su delegado y el Director de Gestión de Fiscalización o su delegado, quien ejercerá las funciones de Secretario del Comité. Una vez instalado el Comité de entidades sin ánimo de lucro de que trata el presente artículo, este adoptará su reglamento.
