Article 25

Los Contratos Del Fondo Serán Celebrados Y Adjudicados Por El Director General O Por El Funcionario Que De Acuerdo Con Los Presentes Estatutos Esté Revestido De Dicha Función, Por Delegación Del Mismo Director General Y Se Someterán A Las Normas Señaladas En Las Disposiciones Legales Vigentes

Los contratos del Fondo serán celebrados y adjudicados por el Director General o por el funcionario que de acuerdo con los presentes estatutos esté revestido de dicha función, por delegación del mismo Director General y se someterán a las normas señaladas en las disposiciones legales vigentes.

Parágrafo 1

El registro presupuestal de los contratos se hará por la unidad encargada de verificar y controlar la ejecución presupuestal.

Parágrafo 2

En los contratos del Fondo se pactarán las mismas cláusulas que la ley exige para los de la Nación.
