Para el cumplimiento del artículo 1° destinase la suma de ciento cincuenta mil pesos ($150,000) que se incluirán en el próximo Presupuesto, y en caso de que por cualquier circunstancia se deje de incluir, el Gobierno queda autorizado para abrir el crédito adicional correspondiente.
