Artículo único. Establécese en la ciudad de Barbacoas una Sección de Resguardo de Aduanas. compuesta de un Cabo que el Administrador de la Aduana de Tumaco tomará de la Sección que hace el servicio en este puerto, y de seis Guardas que elegirá de la misma Sección y de la del Charco. Comuníquese y publíquese.
