Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, especialmente el Decreto 2174 de 1996, los artículos 4º al 9º del Decreto 2240 de 1996, los Decretos 1392 y 2753 de 1997, el Decreto 204 de 1998, el artículo 42 del Decreto 1546 de 1998, y el artículo 24 del Decreto 047 de 2000 y demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
