Las actuales Juntas Municipales de Deportes y la Junta de Deportes de Bogotá, reorganizadas por la Ley 49 de 1983 se incorporarán a los respectivos municipios o distritos como entes para el deporte, la recreación, el aprovechamiento del tiempo libre y la educación extraescolar de la entidad territorial, de conformidad con los Acuerdos que para tal fin expidan los concejos municipales o distritales. No podrá existir más de un ente deportivo municipal o distrital por cada entidad territorial. Vigente desde: 18/01/1995 y hasta el: 05/10/2000
