Las donaciones realizadas por personas naturales o jurídicas a entidades que laboran en la rehabilitación de los damnificados y zonas afectadas, estarán exentas de todo impuesto, tasa o contribución, hasta el 31 de diciembre del año 2003, y no requerirán del procedimiento de insinuación judicial establecido en el artículo 1458 del Código Civil, conforme lo establece el artículo 5º del Decreto número 1264 del 21 de junio de 1994.
