Objeto . El FDREI prestará apoyo a la ejecución de la política de tierras, y sus inversiones se orientarán preferencialmente a la adquisición de tierras para campesinos y trabajadores agrarios susceptibles de ser adjudicatarios, de acuerdo a lo estipulado en la Ley 160 de 1994, por fuera de las Zidres. Los recursos del FDREI solo podrán invertirse en el sector agropecuario y con el fin de garantizar las necesidades detectadas por la Agencia Nacional de Tierras.
