Los Comisarios recogerán los boletines de empadronamiento en las primeras horas del día 21 de mayo, y al hacerlo se cerciorarán si han sido debidamente llenados, en caso contrario los harán llenar o corregir en el acto. Estos boletines convenientemente legajados y numerados, los entregarán los Comisarios al Inspector de su sección dentro del mismo día 21.
