De las Asociaciones o Corporaciones sin ánimo de lucro . Las asociaciones o corporaciones sin ánimo de lucro, esto es, las personar; jurídicas surgidas mediante la unión, permanente y estable de personas naturales o jurídicas sea o no que se afecte un patrimonio, forman parte del subsector privado del sector salud cuando se dediquen a la atención, sin ánimo de lucro, de servicios de salud en los procesos de fomento, prevención, tratamiento y rehabilitación a la comunidad en general.
