El Ingeniero Interventor del Ferrocarril del Pacifico levantará el plano de la faja de tierra que deba cederse en cumplimiento de esta Ley; y el Ministerio de Hacienda dispondrá lo conveniente para que se haga el traspaso en la forma legal.
