El Gobierno procederá a traspasar a la Corporación las acciones de la Clase "A" que actualmente posee en la Empresa Colombiana de Turismo, así como los demás bienes determinados en el ordinal a) del Artículo 9º del presente decreto. El Ministro de Fomento suscribirá en nombre del gobierno los documentos respectivos.
