° Sanciones. La Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, en concordancia con lo establecido en el numeral 2 del literal a) del artículo 1° del Decreto 1750 de 1991, sancionará a quienes exporten o intenten exportar estas mercancías sin presentarlas o declararlas ante las autoridades, o por lugares no habilitados para realizar dicha operación, o comercialicen estos bienes dentro del territorio nacional.
