Cuando exista apropiación presupuestal en el servicio de la deuda pública podrán efectuarse anticipos en el pago de operaciones de crédito público. Igualmente podrán atenderse con cargo a la vigencia en curso las obligaciones del servicio de la deuda pública correspondiente al mes de enero de 2016.
