Competencias no previstas . La investigación de faltas disciplinarias, en primera instancia, cuya competencia no esté prevista específicamente en esta ley estará a cargo de la dependencia correspondiente, según la jerarquía del implicado, el factor territorial y la naturaleza de la conducta.
