Seguimiento: El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo reglamentará, el seguimiento al aporte y los programas de que trata el presente capítulo.

Parágrafo 1

El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, solicitará a las Cámaras de Comercio, información sobre el avance en el desarrollo de los programas definidos anualmente.

Parágrafo 2

El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, tendrá en cuenta la información oficial que reporta cada Cámara de Comercio a la Superintendencia de Sociedades de manera trimestral, para lo cual, solicitará a la entidad información relevante sobre los programas y la ejecución.
