Selección de corredores. Cuando la institución financiera opte por utilizar los servicios de intermediarios de seguros, en aquellos casos en los cuales actúe como tomadora de seguros, cualquiera sea su clase, por cuenta de sus deudores, su selección se sujetará, en lo pertinente, a lo previsto en los numerales 1, 2 y 3 del artículo 2.36.2.1.1 del presente decreto y, de todos modos, podrá invitar solo a los corredores de seguros.
