Art. 6.° Si la res que se pretende dar al consumo se hallare en buen estado, la primera autoridad política del distrito, fracción o agregación concederá el permiso en una boleta en que conste la fecha en que se otorgue, el nombre del que la obtenga, el color, marca y señales particulares de la res que deba matarse y la circunstancia de haberse pagado el impuesto.
