Art. 78.º Quedan derogadas todas las disposiciones que tanto el Código Militar de la Nación, como la Ley 153 de 1887 , entienden respecto de pensiones y recompensas militares, así como también las que en general sean opuestas á las de la presente Ley; y reformada la Ley 50 de 1886 .
