El pago de pensiones periódicas obtenidas en virtud de la totalización de períodos previsto en el Instrumento será efectuado por parte de la institución del País Miembro en que el trabajador o sus deudos estuvieren domiciliados. Los créditos que dicha institución tuviere contra los demás que concurren al pago de dichas pensiones seliquidarán y compensarán anualmente entre cada una de ellas y los saldos a favor serán pagados de inmediato a la institución que resultare acreedora.
