º LEY SECA. De conformidad con el artículo 206 del Código Electoral (Decreto 2241 de 1986), quedan prohibidos en todo el territorio nacional la venta y el consumo de bebidas embriagantes desde las seis (6) de la tarde del día sábado doce (12) de marzo hasta las seis (6) de la mañana del día lunes catorce (14) de marzo de 1994.

Parágrafo

Las infracciones a lo dispuesto en este artículo, serán sancionadas por los Alcaldes y corregidores de las divisiones departamentales, de acuerdo con lo previsto en los respectivos Códigos de Policía.
