º La diferencia que pueda llegar a existir entre el auxilio económico percibido con posterioridad a los primeros ciento ochenta (180) días de incapacidad y la pensión de invalidez, o la indemnización, según el caso se pagará al pensionado o beneficiarios dentro de un término máximo de dos (2) meses, contados a partir de la fecha del acto administrativo que reconoce la pensión o la indemnización correspondiente.
