La Intendencia General del Ejército procederá a contratar la edición de las cédulas a que se refiere el presente Decreto, de acuerdo con el Estado Mayor General, siendo entendido que una posterior edición no podrá efectuarse sino por orden expresa del Ministro de Guerra. Comuníquese y publíquese.
