º . Modifíquese el artículo 1º del Decreto 1802 de 2007, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 1º. Información previa a la realización de operaciones. Para los efectos previstos en el literal b) del artículo 50 de la Ley 964 de 2005, no se considera que se afecte la libre concurrencia y la interferencia de otros, cuando los participantes en los sistemas de negociación de valores de renta fija, de forma previa a la celebración de una operación sobre valores, compartan información relativa a los elementos de la misma".
